New Yorker Poetry Bot

Have you tried it?

Although National Poetry Month is nearly at its end, I've learned about another cool poetry resource that I'd like to share with you. It's a poetry bot from the New Yorker and it will deliver poems into your messenger if you opt in for the service.

To be fair, I have tried bots from other sources and not been very impressed. I've also tried other services similar to this one, but where I'd receive a daily text or email about the subject material, and honestly there's already so much content to wade through on a daily basis that I haven't used any of them all that much. I do know that some of the bots I've used have been glitchy so hopefully this one's better than those.

I do like the idea of accessing a new poem every day, though! I have books to open and do this, but a random poem I'm not looking for sounds fun, too, so I might just have to give this one a try. Have you tried this generator? What did you think of it?
